E412 - Guar gum polysaccharide is chemically a structure made from manufactured from long chain of sugar galactose and sugar mannose. Guar gum is comparatively economical as to when compared with E412 several other thickeners and stabilizers. Guar gum polysaccharide lowers blood glucose levels and insulin levels. Guar gum polysaccharides can be used for multi purposes including suspending agents, emulsion stabilizers, binding agents and stabilizers. Guar gum polysaccharides for food industries are used in conjunction with other gums including binder and stabliziers.
